I love all of them! I have never had a problem with support, my barracuda headset broke, i set it back and recieved a new one within 1 week from the time i sent the broke one in till i got the new one. 7 day turn around... Razer is by far the best gaming products out there, i have tried logitech and a few others and they all suck in comparison. Anyways i just wanted to say THANKS TO RAZER FOR EVERYTHING!!!! If you can do something about this, it would be good. First of all, I bought a Razer mouse and was charged immediately and was wondering why I hadn't received anything after 6 days when the delivery time on the website said 1-3 days. I called on the phone about this on the 6'th day, asked about it and I wasn't helped. Then when I said that I would never buy from Razer again, I was told "Thats ok with me." I sent in a ticket which In which I said id be getting a full refund if I wasn't helped and funny on that day I received an email telling me that the item was just sent. Sadly I had to wait even longer because of a weekend, which extended my wait to 6 more days (14 total). Good job on your products but you should be able to control a business.
